Abstract

El mundo se ha dado cuenta de que el éxito económico de los estados está directamente determinado por la calidad de sus sistemas educativos y que el factor de producción más efectivo es el capital humano expresado en conocimiento, habilidades, habilidades creativas y cualidades morales de los individuos en la sociedad. En la última década, las instituciones de educación superior han sido golpeadas por un conjunto complejo de presiones en todo el mundo. Por eso la importancia de responder la pregunta que se planteó al principio de la investigación: ¿Cuál es el nivel de relación que existe entre la calidad de enseñanza y el aprendizaje significativo en los alumnos que conforman la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial de la Universidad Peruana los Andes en el año 2019? El estudio tuvo un nivel correlacional, se utilizó como instrumento la encuesta, la población se conformó por los estudiantes de la escuela profesional de Educación Inicial de la Universidad que fueron 203, la muestra se conformó por 133 estudiantes. Se concluye que si existe relación entre la calidad de enseñanza y el aprendizaje significativo de los estudiantes de la escuela profesional de Educación Inicial de la Universidad. The world has realized that the economic success of states is directly determined by the quality of their educational systems and that the most effective factor of production is human capital expressed in knowledge, skills, creative abilities and moral qualities of individuals in society. In the last decade, institutions of higher education have been hit by a complex set of pressures around the world. That is why the importance of answering the question that was posed at the beginning of the research: What is the level of relationship that exists between the quality of teaching and meaningful learning in the students that make up the Professional School of Initial Education of the Peruvian University the Andes in 2019? The study had a correlational level, the survey was used as an instrument, the population was made up of 203 students from the Professional School of Initial Education of the University, the sample was made up of 133 students. It is concluded that if there is a relationship between the quality of teaching and the significant learning of the students of the professional school of Initial Education of the University.
