CAUSAS QUE INCIDEN EN LA COMISIÓN DEL DELITO DE RECEPTACIÓN EN IMPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE HUAMANGA, 2018-2019

Abstract

Habiendo revisado las investigaciones realizadas en nuestra patria sobre el delito de receptación, se ha logrado constatar que pese al endurecimiento de las penas los índices de criminalidad aún siguen aumentado en este tipo de delitos patrimoniales. Sobre la base de dichas informaciones, el investigador, se propuso explicar las causas que inciden en la comisión del delito de receptación en imputados de la provincia de Huamanga, durante el período 2018-2019, con el propósito de confirmar dichas aseveraciones, generar información fáctica y propones alternativas.

Having reviewed the investigations carried out in our country on the crime of reception, it has been possible to verify that despite the hardening of the penalties, the crime rates are still increasing in this type of patrimonial crimes. On the basis of said information, the investigator proposed to explain the causes that influence the commission of the crime of reception in defendants in the province of Huamanga, during the period 2018-2019, in order to confirm these assertions, generate factual information and propose alternatives.
