CAUSAS VINCULADAS AL DELITO DE FEMINICIDIO EN LA PROVINCIA HUAMANGA, 2018

Abstract

Revisado las investigaciones realizadas en nuestra patria sobre el delito de feminicidio, se ha logrado constatar que las causas de dicho ilícito están relacionadas con la violencia de género, los sentimientos de celos, la personalidad del femicida y otros. En base a estas premisas, el investigador, se propuso explicar las causas del delito de feminicidio en la provincia Huamanga, durante el período 2018, con la finalidad de confirmar dichas aseveraciones, generar información fáctica y formular alternativas.

Having reviewed the investigations carried out in our country on the crime of feminicide, it has been confirmed that the causes of said illicit are related to gender violence, feelings of jealousy, the personality of femicide and others. Based on these premises, the researcher set out to explain the causes of the crime of femicide in the Huamanga province, during the 2018 period, in order to confirm these claims, generate factual information and formulate alternatives.
