DIVORCIO POR CAUSAL DE CONDENA POR DELITO DOLOSO Y SU IMPLICANCIA EN LA INSTITUCIÓN FAMILIAR, EN EL JUZGADO ESPECIALIZADO DE FAMILIA DE HUAMANGA, 2018

Abstract

Revisado las investigaciones sobre consecuencias en la institución familiar del divorcio por causal, tanto a nivel nacional e internacional, se ha constatado que los principales efectos están constituidos por las emocionales, las mismas que recaen básicamente en los hijos. En base a estas premisas me propuse explicar las implicancias del divorcio por la causal de condena por delito doloso en la Institución Familiar, en el Juzgado Especializado de Familia de la Provincia de Huamanga, durante el periodo 2018, con la finalidad de someter a reflexión académica, ratificar tales resultados, y formular alternativas prácticas.

Revised the investigations on consequences in the family institution of the divorce by cause, both at national and international level, it has been verified that the main effects are constituted by the emotional ones, the same ones that basically fall on the children. Based on these premises, the investigator proposed to explain the implications of divorce for the cause of conviction for a criminal offense in the Family Institution, in the Specialized Family Court of the province of Huamanga, during the 2018 period, with the purpose of submit to academic reflection, ratify such results, and formulate practical alternatives.
