“DELITO CONTRA LA VIDA, EL CUERPO Y LA SALUD EN LA MODALIDAD DE FEMINICIDIO” “DIVORCIO POR CAUSAL”

Abstract

Siendo el día 05 de Agosto del año 2013 el sentenciado Máximo Arturo Chávez Rivadeneira (32), con domicilio en la Hz. N, Lt.61 urbanización Pro distrito de los Olivos manifestó que a las 14:30 aproximadamente mantuvo una discusión con su esposa Maritza Esther Jacqueline Canales Pulido (32) y de esa discusión ella entro a la ducha y comenzó a bañarse y el al ingresar tras de ella, seguía la discusión propinándole un empujón de inmediato saliéndose del baño y solo escucho un ruido de caída, y luego al no escuchar ruido alguno, volvió a ingresar encontrándola tirada en el piso de la ducha, boca hacia abajo y con el fin de auxiliarla trato de levantarla y no mostraba signos de vida alguna y por tal motivo, se dirigió a la dependencia policial a comunicar los hechos.

N, Lt. 61 urbanización Pro Distrito de los Olivos stated that at approximately 2:30 p.m. he had a discussion with his wife Maritza Esther Jacqueline Canales Pulido (32) and from that discussion she entered to the shower and began to bathe and when he entered after her, the discussion continued immediately shoving him out of the bathroom and only heard a noise falling, and then when he did not hear any noise, he re-entered finding it lying on the floor of the shower, face down and in order to help her I try to lift her and he did not show any signs of life and for this reason, he went to the dependency police to communicate the facts.
