Abstract

Con Oficio N° 1528-2011-XX-DIDERPOL-C/DIVTER2-CMCD-DEINPOL de fecha 14.10.2011, la Policía Nacional del Perú - PNP, remite al Fiscal Titular de la Sétima Fiscalía Provincial Penal del Callao, el Atestado Policial N° 129-2011-XX-DIDERPOL-C/DIVTER2-CMCD-DEINPOL de fecha 13.10.2011: Instruido a Miguel Ángel Socola Bellido, en calidad de detenido, por la presunta comisión de Delito Contra la Libertad Sexual, violación de menor de edad, entre 14 y 18 años, en agravio de la menor S.J.C.F. (15 años), con retardo mental moderado, hecho que habría ocurrido entre las fechas 12 y 13 de Octubre de 2011, en la demarcación territorial del Callao.
