Este trabajo de investigación, guarda relación con el problema de la dura aplicación de la sanción punitiva que impone el Estado a quienes cometen el delito de tráfico ilícito de drogas. La investigación emprendida tiene como objeto el afán de conocer las características y propiedades del delito indagado, para los efectos de aplicar en su debido momento se aplique una política criminal coherente de carácter preventivo o represivo que permita su más conveniente erradicación, en tanto constituiría un evidente peligro y amenaza a la sociedad en general y de manera particular,

This research work is related to the problem of the severe application of the punitive sanction imposed by the State on those who commit the crime of illicit drug trafficking. The purpose of the investigation undertaken is to determine the characteristics and properties of the crime under investigation, for the purposes of applying in due course a coherent criminal policy of a preventive or repressive nature is applied that allows its most convenient eradication, as it would constitute an obvious danger and threat to society in general and in a particular way, for each of the citizens of the country and the world.
