Abstract

De las investigaciones preliminares fluye que el día veinte de Enero del año dos mil diez, el primer Juzgado Penal de Lima Este, dispone la investigación judicial de Evelyn Edith Rivera Alvitez mediante auto de apertura de instrucción, por delito de inducción a fuga de menor, ocultamiento de menor a investigación; asimismo, conforme al transcurso de las investigaciones se logra identificar al autor de la violación a la que habría sido víctima la menor de edad identificada como: Sh.B.L.J. el día dieciocho de enero del año dos mil nueve, quien hasta ese momento era conocido como Jorge Luis Quispe Mamani ,supuestamente
