Abstract

Con fecha 15 de febrero de 2004, que corre a (folio 17, continuada en folios 40 al 41), continuada el 15 de abril del mismo año, el imputado rinde su declaración instructiva ante el Juez Penal, en presencia del Fiscal Adjunto Provincial Titular y el Abogado defensor.
