APLICACIÓN DEL PRINCIPIO DE OPORTUNIDAD EN LA 2DA FISCALÍA PROVINCIAL PENAL CORPORATIVA DEL DISTRITO FISCAL DE LIMA NOROESTE – VENTANILLA 2017-2019

Abstract

A la comunidad académico-jurídica institucional del Sistema Universitario Nacional, presento este Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional al que he dado el título de “Principio de Oportunidad en la 2ª. Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa del Distrito Fiscal de Lima Noroeste –Ventanilla 2017-2019”, el cual es desarrollado por mi persona, como Servidora Administrativa de Ministerio Público del Distrito Fiscal de Ventanilla, que a veces, de manera extraordinaria, realiza eventualmente labores que atañen al Asistente en Función Fiscal, las que se producen en el radio tanto dentro y fuera de Despacho Fiscal de la Segunda Fiscalía Provincial Penal Corporativa de Ventanilla, presentando una regularidad de relevo funcional por Turno Fiscal de casi un mes de consecutivas labores internas y una semana intensa donde se realizan actividades inherentes al cumplimiento de los objetivos del quehacer Fiscal en servicio de la sociedad peruana. Dentro de las actividades de orden laboral público que soy pasible de realizar, preciso las de: Proyectar disposiciones, requerimientos, providencias y asistencias judiciales, coadyuvando a la recopilación, procesamiento y análisis de información de los casos, por orden del Fiscal y bajo su supervisión,

To the academic-legal institutional community of the National University System, I present this Work of Professional Sufficiency to which I have given the title of "Principle of Opportunity in the 2nd. Provincial Corporate Criminal Prosecutor of the Fiscal District of Lima Northwest –Ventanilla 2017-2019 ", which is developed by me, as Servidora Administrative Office of the Public Ministry of the Fiscal District of Ventanilla, which sometimes extraordinary way, eventually performs tasks that concern the Assistant in Function Prosecutor, those that occur on the radio both inside and outside the Fiscal Office of the Second Corporate Criminal Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Ventanilla, presenting a relief regularity functional per Fiscal Shift of almost a month of consecutive internal work and a week intense where activities inherent to the fulfillment of the objectives of the Fiscal work in the service of Peruvian society. Within work-related activities public that I am capable of carrying out, I specify those of: Projecting provisions, requirements, judicial rulings and assistance, assisting in the collection, processing and analysis of information of the cases, by order of the Prosecutor and under his supervision
