ESTILOS DE LIDERAZGO Y MOTIVACIÓN LABORAL EN LA UNIDAD DE GESTIÓN EDUCATIVA LOCAL DE TAYACAJA EN EL AÑO 2020

Abstract

Esta encuesta está diseñada para responder a la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cuál es la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo y la motivación laboral para los empleados de la unidad de gestión educativa local de Tayacaja en 2020? Para determinar la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo y la motivación laboral de los empleados de la unidad de gestión educativa local de Tayacaja en 2020, también proponemos la hipótesis: existe una relación directa entre los estilos de liderazgo y la motivación laboral de los empleados de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de Tayacaja en 2020. Identificamos la relación entre los estilos de liderazgo en la motivación para el trabajo; obtener una herramienta administrativa muy útil que permita al investigador conocer la relación entre la variable 1 y la variable 2, y que también le permita alcanzar los objetivos definidos en los planes operativos del establecimiento y, por lo tanto, mejorar la calidad de los servicios públicos que se devuelven a su ciudad. Para este proceso, se aplicó como instrumento un cuestionario de investigación, preparado por el investigador, que se sometió a las correspondientes pruebas de confiabilidad y validación; Las encuestas se aplicaron a una muestra de 60 empleados que obtuvieron la información estadística cuya conclusión principal es la encuesta, de que existe una relación directa y significativa en la relación r: 0.924 entre las variables del estudio.

This survey is designed to answer the following question: What is the relationship between leadership styles and work motivation for employees of the local educational management unit of Tayacaja in 2020? For this process, a research questionnaire was applied as an instrument, prepared by the researcher, which was subjected to the corresponding reliability and validation tests; The surveys were applied to a sample of 60 employees who obtained the statistical information whose main conclusion is the survey, that there is a direct and significant relationship in the relationship r: 0.924 between the study variables.
