Calidad de la enseñanza universitaria y el nivel de satisfacción académica en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Medicina Humana de la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú - Huancayo, 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca determinar la relación entre la calidad de la educación universitaria y el nivel de satisfacción académica según los estudiantes de la Facultad de Medicina Humana de la Universidad Nacional del Centro de Perú, Huancayo. 2019. La investigación fue básica, cuyo nivel es descriptivo correlacional y el diseño es no experimental, transversal. El estudio tuvo una población de 350 estudiantes de la facultad de medicina humana de la UNCP. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos para medir las variables. El primero mide la calidad de la educación universitaria con 34 ítems y el segundo mide el nivel de satisfacción académica que contiene 22 ítems. Ambos instrumentos son válidos por el juicio de expertos y el coeficiente de Cronbach (V1: 0.90 y V2: 0.89). Los datos analizados se realizaron con la aplicación estadística EXCEL y SPSS versión 22. Según la evidencia estadística, se puede concluir que existe una relación significativa entre la calidad de la educación y la satisfacción académica (Rho: 0.910). le permite concluir que cuanto mayor sea la calidad de la educación superior, será satisfacción académica.

The present work seeks to determine the relationship between the quality of university education and the level of academic satisfaction according to the students of the Faculty of Human Medicine of the National University of Central Peru, Huancayo. 2019.
