NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO EN EL MANEJO DEL SIAF EN LA OFICINA SUBREGIONAL PARINACOCHAS, 2019

Abstract

La tesis titulada “Nivel de conocimientos en el manejo del SIAF en la oficina sub regional Parinacochas, 2019”, tuvo como objetivo general conocer el nivel de conocimiento que tiene el personal en el manejo del SIAF en la oficina subregional Parinacochas, 2019. Asimismo, los aspectos metodológicos tomados en cuenta para el desarrollo de la investigación fueron de enfoque cuantitativo, además el tipo de estudio fue básico, mientras que el nivel fue descriptivo, en cuanto a su diseño fue no experimental. Por otro lado, la muestra estuvo constituida por cuatro personas que se encuentran directamente involucrados con el manejo del SIAF. Para la recopilación de la información se empleó las técnicas de la encuesta y entrevista con sus instrumentos, el cuestionario y la guía de entrevista. De acuerdo con los resultados se obtuvo que, el 50% de los encuestados presentan un nivel de conocimiento alto de la fase de compromiso mediante el SIAF, mientras que el 75% de los encuestados tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto de la fase de devengado del SIAF y el 50% de los trabajadores presentan un nivel de conocimiento alto de la fase de giro del SIAF. Finalmente, el autor concluye que, el 75% de los trabajadores tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto en cuanto al manejo del SIAF en la oficina subregional Parinacochas.

The thesis entitled “Level of knowledge in the management of the SIAF in the Parinacochas subregional office, 2019”, had as a general objective to know the level of knowledge that the staff has in the management of the SIAF in the Parinacochas subregional office, 2019. Likewise, the Methodological aspects taken into account for the development of the research were quantitative, in addition the type of study was basic, while the level was descriptive, in terms of its design was non-experimental. On the other hand, the sample consisted of four people who are directly involved with the management of the SIAF. The questionnaire and the interview guide were used to gather the information to collect the information. According to the results, it was obtained that 50% of the respondents present a high level of knowledge of the commitment phase through the SIAF, while 75% of the respondents have a high level of knowledge of the accrual phase of the SIAF and 50% of workers have a high level of knowledge of the phase of rotation of the SIAF. Finally, the author concludes that 75% of the workers have a high level of knowledge regarding the management of the SIAF in the subregional Parinacochas office.
