COSTO DE SERVICIO Y RENTABILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE DE CARGA NICANOR S.A.C., DISTRITO DE LURIGANCHO, 2019

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación titulado “Costo de servicio y rentabilidad en la empresa de transporte de carga Nicanor SAC de distrito de Lurigancho, 2019”, tiene como propósito determinar la relación entre el costo de servicio y la rentabilidad de la empresa. Para ello se recurrió a la recopilación de información interna de la empresa, en cuanto al costo de servicio que comprende los generados durante el desarrollo de las actividades de los servicios de transporte de carga. El presente estudio de esta investigación, pudo demostrar con evidencias, la importancia en el manejo planificado de los costos, que se generan por el servicio de transporte de carga, incidiendo en forma significativa en la rentabilidad de la empresa.

This research study, entitled “Cost of service and profitability in the cargo transport company Nicanor SAC of the district of Lurigancho, 2019”, aims to determine the relationship between the service costs and the profitability of the company. To that end, we resort to the compilation of the company’s internal information regarding the costs of services that includes the fixed ones and those generated during the development of the activities of the cargo transport services. The analysis presented here demonstrates with evidence the importance of the planned management of the costs generated by the cargo transport service, which affects significantly the profitability of the company.
