Propuesta de un Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Laboral según ISO 45001:2018 para reducir riesgos de accidentes y enfermedades en el proyecto constructivo hotel Atton Miraflores

Abstract

El presente trabajo explora las consideraciones pertinentes para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo, disminuir los costos y brindar un ambiente seguro y saludable proponiendo la transición del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de OHSAS 18001:2007 a ISO 45001:2018 de la empresa Consorcio Hotel Atton del Proyecto Hotel Atton Miraflores, la que tiene como principal actividad la Dirección técnica de obra en la construcción de edificios la parte inmobiliaria. En efecto, el marco teórico presenta el sustento de la importancia de Seguridad, la base legal peruana aplicada a toda institución pública y privada y el modelo de gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo ISO 45001:2018, herramienta que sirve de guía para reducir los accidentes y prevenir enfermedades ocupacionales

This paper explores the relevant considerations to improve working conditions, reduce costs and provide a safe and healthy environment by proposing the transition of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System from OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001:2018 of the company Consorcio Hotel Atton of the Hotel Atton Miraflores Project, which has as its main activity the technical management of work in the construction of buildings and real estate.
