ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL PRESUPUESTO Y LA GESTIÓN DE TESORERÍA EN LA DIRECCIÓN DE SALUD DE LIMA SUR DEL MINSA, 2019

Abstract

El planteamiento y ejecución de la investigación se realizó para identificar los factores que afectan el desempeño de la administración del presupuesto y la gestión de tesorería en la Dirección de Salud de Lima Sur, institución en el cual se identifica la problemática de la limitaciones en la administración del presupuesto que generan que no se cumplan muchas proyecciones necesarias para el beneficio de la población bajo su jurisdicción, el manejo de las modificaciones presupuestales y el monitoreo que se tenga un eficiente desempeño en la gestión de tesorería.

The planning and execution of the research was carried out to identify the factors that affect the performance of the budget administration and the treasury management in the South Lima Health Directorate, an institution in which the problem of limitations in the administration is identified. of the budget that generate that many necessary projections are not fulfilled for the benefit of the population under its jurisdiction, the management of budget modifications and the monitoring of an efficient performance in treasury management.
