“Propuesta de Gestión y Sistematización en el Almacén Central de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huanta 2019”

Abstract

La tesis “Propuesta de Gestión y Sistematización en el Almacén Central de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huanta 2019” se realiza para analizar la gestión de almacén de dicha entidad, teniendo con la finalidad de implantar una nueva innovación en la gestión y manejo del almacén central de la municipalidad, planteando una nueva reforma y desarrollo sistemático de gestión para el control de existencias en el almacén y así facilitar la gestión y manejo del almacén central. La investigación tiene un tipo cuantitativa, aplicada, descriptivo-correlacional, de diseño no experimental, con una muestra de 30 trabajadores, a quienes se les aplicó dos cuestionarios para medir cada variable. Dentro de los principales resultados se obtuvo que el 36.7% de los trabajadores encuestados consideraron que la gestión en el almacén tiene un nivel muy inadecuado, y el 13.3% en un nivel inadecuado, mientras que, en la sistematización en el almacén, el 23.3% indicó un nivel muy inadecuado y 33.3% un nivel inadecuado. Se estableció la relación entre la gestión de inventarios, control de inventarios y manejo de materiales, y la sistematización en el almacén, al obtener un coeficiente Rho de Spearman para cada relación de 0.664, 0.603 y 0.681 respectivamente, teniendo en cada caso una significancia de 0.000. Finalmente se concluye que, la gestión y sistematización se relaciona en forma directa en el manejo del almacén de la Municipalidad Provincial de Huanta, 2019, ya que se obtuvo un coeficiente Rho de Spearman= 0.737 y una significación de 0.000.

The thesis "Proposal for Management and Systematization in the Central Warehouse of the Provincial Municipality of Huanta 2019" is carried out to analyze the warehouse management of said entity, having in order to implement a new innovation in the management and management of the central warehouse of the municipality, proposing a new reform and systematic development of management for the control of stocks in the warehouse and thus facilitate the management and handling of the central warehouse.
