SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE OPERACIONES PARA LA MEJORA DEL ÁREA DE ABASTECIMIENTO EN LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DEL CALLAO, 2018

Abstract

Los principales problemas que presentan los municipios ya sean provinciales y/o distritales son respecto a los procesos de selección de proveedores entre estos tenemos las cartas fianzas falsas, el direccionamiento de las licitaciones públicas, los pagos indebidos en las ejecuciones de obras, diversas adquisidores con bases mal formuladas por los órganos encargados de las entidades al no cumplir con funciones que se le atribuyeron que también recae en la responsabilidad los demás jefes que estén a cargo de una determinada área.

The main problems presented by municipalities, whether provincial and / or district, are regarding the supplier selection processes, among these we have false guarantee letters, the directing of public tenders, improper payments in the execution of works, various buyers with Poorly formulated bases by the bodies in charge of the entities by not fulfilling the functions that were attributed to them that also falls on the responsibility of the other heads who are in charge of a certain area.
