Abstract

El presente trabajo se trata sobre La Gestión de Inventarios y su Incidencia en la Rentabilidad en la Empresa Inversiones MANIFAJEM PERU I.E.R.L.2019. En la actualidad la mayoría de los Restaurantes presentan deficiencias en sus inventarios, y la idea de este trabajo es maximizar los procesos de la gestión de inventarios que es prever, controlar, dirigir, organizar y decidir sobre toda la materia prima y materiales para evitar el exceso y desabastecimiento. El control del inventario es el corazón para cualquier empresa, tener un inventario bien estructurado y organizado puede ayudar a la eficiencia y eficacia en la economía de cualquier empresa. Por lo que el objetivo general de este trabajo es determinar cómo incide la gestión de inventario en la rentabilidad de la Empresa Inversiones MANIFAJEM PERU I.E.R.L.2019, y comprobar la hipótesis de si la gestión de inventarios incide significativamente en la rentabilidad de la empresa Inversiones Manifajem Perú E.I.R.L. 2019.
