Incremento de la capacidad para reducir el tiempo del proceso de designación de sociedades de la auditoría financiera por el sistema nacional de control

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es incrementar la capacidad y reducir el tiempo del proceso de la designación de las entidades públicas, para realizar la auditoría financiera por el Sistema Nacional de Control, para tal efecto se aplicarán las herramientas de la Ingeniería Industrial, tales como: Diagrama de SIPOC, Gestión por Procesos, métodos y movimientos, ciclo de Deming y teoría de restricciones entre otros. Primer capítulo, el problema del estudio se explicará en detalle, dando a conocer los objetivos, el alcance y las restricciones de la investigación. Segundo capítulo, se presentarán las bases teóricas de las investigaciones sobre el aumento de la capacidad y la reducción del tiempo del proceso. Además, se mostrarán los conceptos básicos de estudio que necesitamos para la presente investigación, Diagrama de análisis de procesos, Diagrama SIPOC, Gestión de procesos, método y movimientos, Ciclo de Deming, teoría de restricciones, entre otros. Tercer y Cuarto capítulo, se realizará el diagnóstico del proceso, para lo cual se utilizará Diagrama SIPOC, Gestión por Procesos, métodos y movimientos, Ciclo de Deming y teoría de restricciones, Para resolver el problema planteado.

The objective of the investigation is to increase the capacity and reduce the time of the process of the designation of the entities to carry out the financial audit by the National Control System, for this purpose the Industrial Engineering tools will be applied, such as: SIPOC diagram, Management by Processes, methods and movements, Deming cycle and theory of restrictions among others. First chapter, the problem of the study will be explained in detail, making known the objectives, scope and restrictions of the investigation. Second chapter, the theoretical bases of the investigations on the increase of the capacity and the reduction of the time of the process will be presented. In addition, the basic concepts of study that we need for this research will be shown, Process Analysis Diagram, SIPOC Diagram, Process Management, Method and Movements, Deming Cycle, Restriction Theory, among others. Third and Fourth Chapter, the process diagnosis will be carried out, for which SIPOC Diagram, Process Management, methods and movements, Deming Cycle and restriction theory will be used, to solve the problem.
