| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación como objeto de estudio será la deficiencia de la reserva legal en las sociedades anónimas post-COVID 19 y la reactivación económica en el distrito de Cieneguilla. La reserva legal según el artículo 229 de la Ley General de Sociedades, cada ejercicio tributario la compañía tiene que destinar el diez por ciento de la utilidad neta para formar una reserva legal, esta no puede superar el veinte por ciento del capital social, el exceso de esto deja de ser reserva legal. Una vez utilizado las reservas legales ya sea por compensación de pérdidas o capitalización de las reservas deberán ser repuestas de la misma forma. | es_ES |
