Abstract

Revisado las investigaciones sobre el nivel de cumplimiento de sentencias de prestación de alimentes en sede civil, se ha logrado constatar que existen bajos niveles de cumplimiento de sentencias, siendo en muchos casos remitidos a la fiscalía y luego al Poder Judicial, en la cual concluye con una sentencia conformada en la mayoría de los casos.
