LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL Y EL TRABAJO EN EQUIPO DEL PERSONAL ADMINISTRATIVO EN LA UGEL HUANTA, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación de título “La inteligencia emocional y el trabajo en equipo del personal administrativo en la UGEL Huanta, 2019” tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las variables de estudio, por ello su metodología fue: enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental – transversal, la población estuvo conformado por 40 trabajadores y la muestra fue tipo censal por lo que se tomó el 100% de los trabajadores. La técnica e instrumento que se empleó fue la encuesta y cuestionario respectivamente para la recolección de datos, fueron 25 preguntas para la variable inteligencia

This research entitled “Emotional intelligence and teamwork of administrative staff at UGEL Huanta, 2019” had as main objective to determine the relationship between the study variables, so its methodology was: quantitative approach, applied type, correlational level and non-experimental - cross-sectional design, the population was made up of 40 workers and the sample was census type, so 100% of the workers were taken. The technique and instrument that was used was the survey and questionnaire respectively for data collection, were 25 questions for the variable emotional intelligence and its dimensions while
