El objetivo de esta investigación fue Determinar cuál es la relación entre el clima laboral y la satisfacción laboral del personal técnico de enfermería en el Policlínico Juan José Rodríguez Lazo ESSALUD de Chorrillos, 2020.En lo que se refiere a los métodos el estudio se aplicó un diseño no experimental con enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal, descriptivo correlacional.
